Your Indulge Mall orders are all located and collated in your Indulge Mall account under the 'My Orders’ tab. If your order is not listed in your account and you have received a bank statement that indicates you have been charged for the purchase, the voucher may have been purchased accidentally on a separate account. To locate your Indulge vouchers, sign in and click on your username on the upper right corner of the dashboard page to access My Indulges. If you are using the mobile application, click Menu, then My Indulges. From there, you will be able to view and print all of your Indulge vouchers.
Click on “View Voucher“ next to the Indulge voucher that you would be using. This will display your voucher details. You would then see instructions for using your voucher in the fine print section.
