If the merchant has conveyed to you that they will be no longer accepting vouchers, we will do our best to ensure you don't lose out. Often we'll be able to resolve the issue and the merchant will continue to accept your voucher, but if that fails then a refund may be an option. In any case, we recommend that you contact Customer Service by clicking on the 'I still need help' button so that we can record the issue, just in case you're the first person to hear about it.
