If you realize that you have input an incorrect delivery address, we are unfortunately unable to amend this once the order has been placed. If your order was not received by anyone, it will be returned to sender who will let us know. We will then inform you and make changes.

Once we are informed that your return has been received by the merchant we will process the refund within 14 days and send you a confirmation email. You can also view the status of your refund at any time in your account.

To check the status of your refund

1.            Go to “My Indulges” in your account

2.            View the relevant order. The refund status is displayed under the voucher status.
